Real-valued matrices with one-based row and column indices.

Start with DenseMatrix for a copyable multiplication example and storage rules. Program against Matrix to select other representations later. A matrix-vector product requires the vector length to equal the column count.

ImmutableMatrix is a read-only view; wrap a deep copy when a snapshot is required.
