Immutable JSON snapshots. Cloud Run uses private GCS objects; local runs use a directory.

Using this example. Stores JSON once under an immutable identifier, using a local directory or the configured private GCS bucket. Cloud credentials come from runtime identity. Storage and report serialization are separate from financial computation so reloading a report does not rerun a strategy.
