Demonstrates how to use BatchParameterizedSimulation.

Using this example. Builds an SMA lag grid and gives BatchParameterizedSimulation a factory that constructs a fresh SMA2 for each parameter set. Yahoo history is loaded through order-book caches; SimulationResultsExporter writes the parameter results and measure CSV. Lags count observations and built-in SMA2 uses fixed unit positions, not all available cash.
