Source provenance

Starter copied from nmltd/numerical-methods-java at commit d941c30553488363a5a5258a7c85f49082df70fb, directory samples/new-nmdev-project. HelloWorld, Graph and HelloWorldTest are retained; the public trial nm.lic was initially excluded and is now copied unchanged from source commit b6d096f8e3dd29d57ec07e10c76188ca82943d09; root README is replaced, its original guide is adapted under docs/starter-project.md, and Maven identity/exec configuration and ignore rules are updated.

Tutorials adapt these tests from nmltd/nmdev at commit fa2904ccec99820798ef7760425daf1d629d83c1:

Original test cases are not republished wholesale. Tutorial programs retain selected input datasets, API calls and reference values, adding explanations and runnable checks. The library implementation is not copied. For exact test source, authorized maintainers can browse https://github.com/nmltd/nmdev/tree/fa2904ccec99820798ef7760425daf1d629d83c1. This private-source link may be inaccessible to public readers; tutorials are self-contained.

Additional worked examples

LinearSolveExample, LeastSquaresExample, PCAExample, IntegrationExample and UnconstrainedOptimizationExample are new educational examples using NM Dev public APIs and analytically checkable inputs. They are not copied NM Dev test cases. Their runnable checks execute through RunAllExamples.
